Grant Wisenbaker
Director of Real Estate at Habitat Solutions
Grant joined Habitat Solutions in 2018 to lead the real estate division. At Habitat Solutions Grant handles all issues that are real estate related, as well as heading the investment branch. He also helps prospective buyers identify waterfowl development sites and assist them throughout the transaction process.
Grant was introduced to Oklahoma waterfowl hunting while attending The University of Tulsa in Tulsa, Oklahoma. At the University of Tulsa Grant obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Energy Management. During his time at school he developed a passion for the sport and fell in love with the area.
Grant is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Texas and practices commercial real estate in Houston, TX. His experience in the real estate field has been a true value add for Habitat Solutions allowing the company to further integrate. Grant is also the owner of Salt Plains Outfitters LLC which is an established outfitter and lodge in Northern Oklahoma and Southern Kansas.
